I want to begin my apologizing for everyone for the lack of posts these past few weeks. School has started back up and I’ve just been trying to keep track of life. But now that everything has settled I will be getting back into the mix.
FNM on September 11th
The red/white warriors deck needed a rest after the garbage it pulled last week. So I decided to switch it up for the week and run an original brew all my own. I sort of combo land fall deck It did well! Only losing to red/green dragons in a great play by my opponent. I finished third due to tie breakers but it was still a good night.
MDSS on September 12th.
So I rolled out of bed at 7 am and was driven to the Mana Deprived Super Series at Seneca College in Toronto. It was a modern main event and standard/commander/draft sides. My brother ventured with myself and two others to just have a day out. My brother and I weren’t competing but the driver of the vehicle was. My brother and I signed up for a standard win-a-box event once we arrived around 9:45 am. Long story short that event never fired so my brother and I basically lounged around for the 13 hours we were there. My little rage fueled brother was not impressed, even more so when he fell asleep and I had to wake him up and no one was ready to leave yet. However the day was not a total loss as there was an individual whom worked at one of the vendors who made my day.
Not too much salt in this post, I’ll see you guys next week!
